(A) Hierarchical clustering of blood miRNA profiles in mice at different stages of
tumor initiation and regression. Blood samples were collected from normal mice without MYC overexpression (normal
control, n = 5), mice with MYC activation prior to tumorigenesis (preneoplastic, n
= 3), mice with early tumor formation (subclinical lymphoma, n = 2), and mice with
large, clinically detectable lymphomas (overt lymphoma, n = 4). MiRNAs were grouped
using an unsupervised hierarchical clustering approach and the results (fold change)
are displayed with TreeView 1.6. (B) Changes in miRNA profiles during tumor regression. Serial blood samples were obtained
by tail vein bleed from three mice with MYC-induced lymphoma before MYC inactivation
(Day 0), and after different timepoints of MYC inactivation. MiRNA qRT-PCR results
(fold change) are displayed with TreeView 1.6.
