Baseline endogenous expression of anti-apoptotic (Bcl-2, Bcl-X_L and Mcl-1) and pro-apoptotic (Bax, Bak, and Bad) proteins in WSU-FSCCL cell line (B). Protein obtained from cell lysates (100 μg) of WSU-FSCCL cells were separated on a 12% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were immunoblotted using specific primary antibodies to Bcl-2, Bcl-X_L, Mcl-1, Bax, Bak, and Bad. Primary antibodies were diluted in 2% BSA. Secondary HRP conjugates were diluted in 5% milk.
