Apoptosis was determined by propidium iodide and Annexin V-FLUOS staining with a FACScan. B, Specific apoptosis of SW480 and SW480-PSAT1 cells following exposure to 1 μM, 2 μM, and 3 μM of oxaliplatin for 72 hours. C, Dead cell number in response to oxaliplatin treatment (1 μM, 2 μM and 3 μM). The number of dead cells was determined by counting the trypan blue stained cells.
