The correlation with methylation rate is significant but weak for EBV DNA load (Pearson correlation r = 0.322, p = 0.023) and insignificant for ELISA seroreactivity (r = -1.88 p = 0.117) and age (r = 0.270, p = 0.05). The latter becomes significant when excluding a young patient from a multiplex family (symbolized with star) (p = 0.007).
